Wanting To Be Heard
Today is my 3rd day of answering questions on Quora and posting my response.
This question came from someone wanting to know what to do in order to be heard. I don’t know if I gave steps for what should be done. But, I did reassure that it was ok to want to be heard

I’ve got to be honest. I want to speak in front of a huge crowd of people. HUGE!! Like 50,000 people.
Why?
I’m not sure why that particular number. It just came to me one day as I was pondering my career, my business, my direction. At first, I was ashamed of the number because it felt arrogant. It felt a little selfish. So, it required digging a bit deeper.
Was I searching for validation?
Did I feel so “unlistened” to that it needed to happen in a big way?
Maybe there was another reason. Sometimes, you note the impact others have, and you simply want to be one who changes the world. Change the world…that’s a pretty big ask for it to be thought of as simple.
After thinking for a while, I settled on one word.
Legacy!
As someone who was thought of as quiet for most of my childhood, I want to be able to say enough to make a difference for a large group of people.
What do I want to say? I want everyone to know how important it is for their stories to be heard.
What about you? What do you want to say and what is important for you?
